The Trust's finances
The Trust is a registered charity and its income derives from a variety of sources including donations, rents (The Old Fire Station) and fairs, re-enactment events and market tolls.
The Trust produces Annual Accounts, which are independently examined. The full version can be obtained from the Trust Clerk. A summarised set of figures and notes are set out below.

PROGRAMME FOR 2010
- Increase both the usage and revenue before grants to £9000 DERIVED FROM THE MINIBUS.
- Maintain focus on raising grants and funds for replacement minibus in 2015
- Increase Minibus Fund to £36K
- Increase revenue derived from Broad Street markets and tolls to £11600.
- Complete restoration of Eel House
- Consolidate work done on The Avenue in 2009
- Repeat success and improve signage re October Fair.
- Review and reissue of all procedural documentation.
- Ensure Trustees understand their roles and responsibilities
- Maintain and improve current level of publicity for the work of the Trust
- Maintain and increase liaison with other Alresford organisations.
